® Aerobic Kickboxing Class Policies & Etiquette



Please adhere to the following policies. They are designed so that every member can have a SAFE AND ENJOYABLE workout. Please also remember that your instructor has been certified in Tae Bo® and will help make your workout be as effective as possible.

1. Students must be at least 16 years of age. If under 18 years old, student must    be accompanied by parent to sign waiver. If 18 years or older, student must show valid form ID such as a driver's license.
2. First class is FREE (New students only). No contracts. Pay as you go.
3. Class fee must be paid at the beginning/before class. No I.O.U's. No refunds. No exceptions.
4. Monthly members will not be issued credit or refunds for missing any days or classes. Monthly memberships are non-transferrable and cannot be used by more than one individual.
5. All students must sign in at the front desk before class.
6. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. 
7. Members may enter class until 10 minutes after start time. After ten minutes or the end of the warm-up period, the class is closed to prevent injuries.
8. Keep conversations to a minimum during class.
9. Do not do your own routine during class. This is discourteous, disrespectful and distracting to other class participants and to the instructor. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from following the routine, please consult your doctor.
10. Be considerate of other members' exercise space. 
11. Only bottles filled with water are permitted during class. 
12. No food or chewing gum is allowed.
13. Students are expected to maintain proper hygiene and refrain from wearing perfume or cologne. 
14. Please be considerate by putting away any equipment (targets, weights, etc) after class.
15. Foul language or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave if your behavior is improper or disrespectful.
16. All skill levels are in the same class, so you are encouraged to go at your own pace. You can stop at anytime to take a break.
17. Stop exercising immediately if you experience any of the signs and symptoms of heat illness: muscle spasms, headache, dizziness, weakness, rapid pulse and dry hot skin. 
18. If you have to leave class early, please take time to cool down in order to prevent injury.
19. For maximum benefit and results, students should consider attending class at least 3 times per week.
20. Do not bring gym bags, purses, valuables, etc. into the studio.
